OK so I'm a little behind . . .
Hubby & I have only been to the movies a couple of times (seriously, I can count them on 1 hand) since Hunter was born and yes that was 6 years ago. We just don't go, I mean we LOVE movies but it takes 1 - 1 1/2 hrs to drive to the nearest BIG CITY, so we just don't go, so we rent or buy them when they are released. So yes I am just getting around to seeing this one and when it was released we were in the hospital with Aiden, so needless to say we had much better and more important things to do.
Wednesday night after me walking, hubby building playset for boys, helping with homework, cooking dinner, taking baths, and putting boys to bed (all done between 5:15 - 8:30 pm), we watched this movie. OMG, LOVED IT!!!!!! I have always been a big, major fan of Sandra Bullock (she is the Goddaughter of an ex-boss, never met her though) but this surpassed all her other movies. I mean Sandra in a movie about football (college football is my favorite sport), the SEC, Memphis, and helping others, what is not to love. Even though he could have picked a better school than Ole Miss (since I am a LSU Tigers fan), I cried and I laughed the entire movie.
If you have not seen this movie, YOU MUST!!!

Oh my... we are in the same boat when it comes to movie watching. We just don't go. So very sad. But we, too, just watched this one and LOVED IT! I love when she told the Ole Miss coach about not taking him to the titty bar... that just cracked me up. Great movie though! Too bad Sandra didn't have a great husband. I feel so bad for her. But what doesn't kill us... you know the rest.
I can't believe I have not seen this movie yet...I must be living under a rock! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Oh it is a good one!! A must see!! Think about it and let it change your life... the difference you can make in someone's life is awesome!!

We loved it!!!! I've always liked Sandra too, but I agree this is by far her Best! Such a real story and can indeed change you!
We went to the theater to see it when it was released! Great inspiring movie!
We saw this one in the theater (one of few that we actually pay to watch) and it was amazing! I laughed, cried, and cheered all in one movie.
We're right there with you when it comes to going out to the movies...except ours is less than 5 miles away, and we still don't go! So, like you, we just saw this movie the other day, and I LOVED it. For someone who claims to not be very emotional, I was having to choke back the tears :).
I haven't seen it either. I guess we'll all be watching it this weekend. Right after I get back from the crawfish boil for my daddy's birthday. Crawfish and football -- nowhere but the South!
So great to meet you. And thank you for the warm welcome! Haven't seen The Blind Side yet, but I know I need to. Such an amazing story! :)
